Application Process
We believe that thorough tenant screening makes the 39th Avenue Apartments a better and safer place to live. Here is what you can expect from our process.
1) Request an apartment showing using the Contact tab on this site.
2) At the apartment showing you will be given credentials to our online rental application.
3) Fillout and submit your application. Applicants must also submit a valid government issued ID that includes a photograph. Driver's license preferred.
4) Once your application is received we will follow up with your employer, previous landlords and personal references. Most applications are processed in 1-2 days.
5) Once your application is approved, a third party criminal background and credit check is required. Most background checks are processed in less than a day. Applicants are responsible for this $40 service.
Each adult occupant must complete an application and background check.
